By working to promote professional integration and strengthen the skills of women and men in rural areas, the Foundation supports initiatives that promote access to employment. Through job placement platforms, training centers, and specialized programs in entrepreneurship and digital skills, Tanger Med Foundation makes training a key component of its support policy.
Tanger Med Foundation provides full support for the development of skills among rural women in the Fahs Anjra region through training centers such as those in Ksar El Majaz, Jouamaa, and Zraraa. With a diverse range of training courses available, ranging from sewing to cooking, hairdressing, literacy, "soft skills", and IT, these centers serve to empower women. They offer them the means to gain independence and become actors in their own future by developing the wealth and values of their native region.
Thanks to a partnership with the Children of Paradise Association (Association Enfants du Paradis) and the Provincial Directorate of the Ministry of National Education in Tangier, Tanger Med Foundation is working to train Support Teachers of Special Needs Students This is a certified training program in the care and management of children with special needs. Since the program began, many professionals have been trained to provide individual support to children with learning difficulties.
A challenge for local communities and Tanger Med Group's ecosystem, professional integration is a critical regional issue. It is within this framework that Tanger Med Foundation supports a job search and professional integration platform, in partnership with the Fahs Anjra province and ANAPEC.
Because the future lies in digital technology, Tanger Med Foundation supports digital training for young people in Fahs Anjra province. These programs cover a wide range of topics, including artificial intelligence (AI), office software, video game creation, and 3D modeling.
Partnering with numerous national and international events promoting women's issues throughout the year, Tanger Med Foundation organizes seminars for women in Fahs Anjra province on topics such as: "Empowering rural women—supporting female leadership." These programs aim to highlight the potential of rural women and promote their daily achievements. Participants are guided by personal development specialists to strengthen their assimilation and determination to achieve self-empowerment.
