In order to prepare your application as thoroughly as possible, please have the following documents ready:
- Legal file
- Comprehensive bylaws
- Minutes of the last General Shareholders' Meeting
- Updated list of Board Members
- Proof of final filing (prefecture or other competent authority)
- Bank account details (RIB) stamped and signed
- Information about your project
- Detailed project description sheet
- Moral and financial report of a similar project (if applicable)
- Any additional documents deemed relevant
